My Boys

Pretty typical Saturday... me, my boys and my camera. We were just having some fun in the backyard and I got a few cute photos to share.

On a mision to be the fastest...

Carson's cadence goes something like:
"Ready, set, down, set, hut hut, hike!"

Carson & Charlie

Carson strumming his new guitar from Santa

On a given day, we'll rock out to "The Farmer and the Dell", "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star", "ABC's"... you name it, we sing it.

All smiles, our little Charlie (not really so little)

Ohhhh boy!

NYE in AZ

For New Year's Eve we had a fondue party at Mike & Kim's house... yummy! As always, it was fun to bring in the new year with our good friends a.k.a. "Arizona Family".

Doug and Jon

Jane, Carrie & Kimmy... yes, there was singing

Cheers!

Almost midnight...

The champagne is poured and ready for 2009!
(isn't this a cool photo?)

Happy New Year!

Carrie, Kimmy, Christina, Chantil & Jane

Yes, the boys were playing poker so we were screwing around with the camera.

Speaking of the boys playing poker...

Christmas & More

We spent our first Christmas in Arizona this year. Not necessarily what we had envisioned with Doug's complications (why there are few photos), but we still had a good one... because we were together (awwwww).

Milk & Cookies for Santa, Sugar & Carrots for the Reindeer
Carson took a long time writing this note himself to Santa. Something along the lines of Thanks for stopping at our house and enjoy the cookies.
Carson also talked about leaving soup & salad out for the reindeer, but I was able to talk him out of this one, thank goodness

We're borrowing a jumper/swing from some friends and thought I would try it out with Charlie. He played so hard he fell alseep. You know me and my camera... I couldn't resist such a cute (and peaceful) subject!
